Why do you need Energy Healing?

Energy or Reiki healing clears hidden blocks in our energy fields whilst repairing and rebalancing our energy centres (Chakras). Healing won't cure chronic conditions but symptoms and pain will be alleviated significantly.

How is it done?

You will lay down fully dressed on a treatment couch, wrapped up in a blanket to keep you feeling safe and nurtured. Caroline will lay her hands gently on you from head to toe. Treatments last approx 90 minutes with time for you to relax post treatment in the safe space.

What will you feel?

Each person is different but you may experience a warm tingling as the energy moves through you, you may see beautiful colours, heat from my hands, floating - or you may simply feel just deeply relaxed. Clients find it hard to describe the feeling of deep peace experienced.

REIKI TRAINING & WORKSHOPS

Caroline runs regular works shops based run in line with sacred traditions on the Isle of Wight and in Southsea for Levels 1 & 2 Reiki Healing. The Level 1 is a comprehensive, interactive 2 day workshop which is full of practical exercises, stimulating discussion and a deep focus on self compassion and healing. On completion of Level 1 you will have been attuned to receive Reiki and channel the energy into yourself, friends, family, pets and even plants - a gift of a lifetime that will start you on the most glorious journey of enlightenment. Workshops include attunements, guided meditations, practical energy exercises, sharing of ideas. Caroline's approach is heart centred and supportive.
