Laughter Yoga Sessions for Wellbeing

Laughter Yoga is a unique concept - there is no need for comedy or  jokes. It is carried out as an exercise where laughter soon becomes real. This is based on scientific evidence that the body cannot differentiate between real and simulated laughter, the concept was created by Dr Madan Kataria to help people boost well being, motivation and focus.
